Canadian Research for International for Tobacco Control
The Canadian International Development and Research Centre (IDRC), an Ottawa-based science and technology government corporation commissioned Health Pragmatics, Ltd to assess the performance of the IDRC’s Research for International Tobacco Control (RITC) program during the period 2005 – 2010. The primary users of this external review will be the program staff, the IDRC Board of Governors and RITC funding partners.
